Tim,
The EHP
yearly presentation is right at the corner. In fact, there is only a week left.
In our presentation, the seniors are the main character, so there will be four
plays acted by them. For us, we will be the people who help behind the stage
and the hosts between shows. Aubrey, Candy, Hugo, Red, William, and I will be
the hosts. We hosts work in groups and act out short plays then introduce the
next show.
And for the upcoming Dragon Boat Festival,
which is a four day holiday, most of us will be rehearsing for our final
presentation. I am looking forward to those days, but it’s a pity for those who
would like to go on a small trip with either their family or friends during the
vacation.
Performing on stage has always been
exciting and enjoyable. Is it a strange thing that I enjoy being on stage? Well,
I know someone who would be really frightened---Hugo. He has serious stage-fright,
even if there is someone with him on stage. I remember that there was a time
when we had another performance to host, and he was trembling the whole way to
the back of the stage. Not to mention, he grabbed my hand very hard when we
were waiting and he murmured though the all previous shows. I wonder if he would
feel less nervous this time.
Anyway, it’s an activity worth await. I can’t
wait till Sunday!!!
Dear Alison,
ReplyDeleteSorry that you missed the dragon boat festival, but it sounds like the class performance made up for a lot of that. It sounds like Class 120 did another good job! Congratulations.
I saw the pictures of Hugo on stage, and it probably a good thing that he didn't have to move around very much. Every time that he has to do something on stage, he writes about how nervous he gets.
Tim
Tim,
ReplyDeleteHe WAS very nervous, but he did better this time. In fact, he didn't have the chance to hold my hands.
